Founder of Studio90 Media & The TV Curious Club
Lydia has spent 18 years helping challenger brands succeed on screen — from scrappy start-ups to scaling success stories.
She began her career behind the camera, which shaped her make-it-count mindset: getting high-impact creative results on lean budgets.
As a director and producer, she’s delivered performance-led TV campaigns for brands like Ecover, Frylight and Villa Plus. Later, as agency lead, she’s driven strategy for household names like Next, DHL and the Evening Standard.
So she knows what success looks like, and translates this to challengers.
In 2022, she launched the an Academy programme with Studio90 to support smaller brands navigating TV for the first time.
The TV Curious Club is her next mission: to open the doors of TV advertising to brands ready to scale — without wasting time, budget or energy.

FAQs
How many spaces have you got?
I am offering this workshop to the first 5 people who register by email.
How do I pay?
Once you register, you will be sent a link to pay £55 (incl VAT) in full via a link. If you prefer to pay by BACS, we can arrange an invoice to be sent to you. Payment is due upfront in order to schedule your Directing session.
What if I don’t have a suitable location?
We can set up wherever you usually would do your filming. This can be inside or outside (weather permitting). Your space does not need to be immaculate or perfect. We will only use a small area, preferably with some depth behind.
Is it a problem if I don’t have any fancy equipment?
We will use whatever equipment you have. If you have a phone with camera and plenty of free memory, you can take part. This is about you being comfortable with your setup and finding the best solutions. I may bring or suggest some examples of how to improve with equipment but it is not essential.
What if I can’t make the session?
The workshop can be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance. By emailing lydia@studio90media.co.uk. Refunds are available if we really cannot find another date. If you miss the workshop or cancel it within 48 hours of the scheduled start time, the workshop fee will not be refundable.
